Born Jackson, Tennessee, September 11, 1974; admitted to the Alabama Bar, 2000. Education: University of Tennessee, Martin, Tennessee (B.S., cum laude, 1997); Cumberland School of Law of Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama (J.D., 2000). Winner: National Championship, Association of Trial Lawyers of America National Trial Advocacy Competition, (March, 2000); Member: American Bar Association, Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section; Alabama State Bar; Birmingham Bar Association; Alabama Defense Lawyers Association; Defense Research Institute; Alabama Workers’ Compensation Organization; Order of the Barristers.

Mr. Jaskolka's practice includes general civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense litigation, railroad and transportation litigation, premises liability, workers’ compensation, retaliatory discharge and wrongful termination. Mr. Jaskolka frequently serves as an adjunct faculty professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he teaches courses in evidence and trial advocacy.
